3.Return Material Authorization (RMA) Policy

DSTMEDIA offers one year free warranty that starts from the shipping date for all MCUs and Endpoint products. Customers are allowed to extend the warranty by purchasing additional warranty extending orders.

DSTMEDIA provides free RMA services for products under warranty and retains the ownership of all the broken parts and materials. DSTMEDIA authorized distributors are responsible to provide backup units to customers after problematic units are shipped back to DSTMEDIA for repair.
